How to end your subscription at several lotteries? It’s very easy to play in the lottery with a subscription. In that case you play automatically in the weekly draw. Perhaps you don’t want to have a subscription anymore because of bad luck, high costs or other reasons. In that case you need to cancel your subscription, but how does this work?

Cancel Lotto

Usually having a subscription for a lottery like the Lotto or Euro Jackpot is cheaper in the long term because you don’t have to pay for a single ticket every week. On the other hand, with a single ticket. with a single ticket you can play whenever you want. Lotteries use different rules to end your subscription. Luckily it’s very simple at Lotto. You can end your subscription at this lottery by calling to the toll-free telephone number 0800-1501 (pick option 2). The staff is available from 09.00 until 21.00 on workdays and from 10.00 to 16.00 in the weekends. They probably ask your account number and other personal details, so it’s recommended to write this information down before you make the call.

Dutch State Lottery and Euro Jackpot

At most lotteries you can end your subscription by calling their telephone number. This is also the case at the Dutch State Lottery. Persons who automatically participate in the monthly draw can end their subscription by calling to 0800-023 1303. It’s also possible to send an e-mail to klantenservice@staatsloterij.nl Usually customer services of lotteries are available from 09.00 to 21.00. Euro Jackpot is also open in the weekend, from 10.00 to 17.00. You can end your subscription at this lottery by calling their toll-free telephone number 0800-1506.

Dutch Postcode Lottery and the BankGiro Lottery

At the Dutch Postcode Lottery you need to call 0900 300 1500 to end your subscription. This is not entirely free, because it costs 0,50 eurocents per call. It’s also possible to send an e-mail, letter or fax to the Postcode Lottery. Writing might be easier for persons who aren’t familiar with e-mails. They need to send it to Nationale Postcodeloterij N.V, Van Eeghenstraat 70, 1071 GK Amsterdam. The website of the Dutch Postcode Lottery has an online form to end your subscription. Or send a fax to 020 – 67 538 66. The BankGiro Lottery uses the same address at the Nationale Postcode Lottery. On letter, email or fax you need to write down your lottery numbers, which are the same as your bank account numbers.
